We're currently hiring for:
Canine Coordinator Lead
- Communicate with clients, providing updates within 24 hours
- Evaluate dog behavior and adjust care or training plan
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Dog Trainer
- Dog Training, Group Play & Program Development
- Provide 100% fear- and force-free training for dogs in our care
- Manage and support safe, appropriate group play dynamics
- $20 to $24 an hour based on experience
Daycare Runner (part time)
- No experience necessary
- A simple position moving dogs throughout the facility
- Shifts are 7am-ish-12 & 12-5-ish
Enrichment specialist: (part time)
- No experience necessary
- Literally play with dogs all day
- Must be focused, detail orientated, and able to handle large dogs confidently
Kennel Crew: (P/T & F/T)
- No experience necessary
- Handles dogs, works to maintain the facility, plays 1:1 with dogs
- Cleaning and maintaining facility, opening and closing shifts.
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player with a passion for dog behavior and welfare.
Counselor: (P/T & F/T)
- Experience required
- Supervise small group play and lead enrichment 1:1
- Facility cleaning and maintenance as needed
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player with a passion for dog behavior and welfare.

For all positions, the following requirements (at minimum) must be met:
- Passion for Dogs: Genuine enthusiasm for working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments in a fear-free, force-free environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to run, jog, or briskly walk for several hours a day while handling dogs on leashes, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate varied weather conditions.
- Strong Observational Skills and Deep Attention to Detail: Capable of quickly assessing dog behavior and communicating any concerns to management.Additionally being able to multi-task with attention to detail for instructions, belongings, etc
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively with staff, maintains a positive attitude, and adapts quickly to changing demands.
- Experience not needed: Prior experience in a kennel, daycare, or dog-handling environment is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and implement positive reinforcement techniques is essential.
